About TechWelt Group and Role Overview
TechWelt Group is a global IT support and workforce solutions provider dedicated to operational excellence through a service-focused model. We support our international service delivery through robust internal operations and strong global relationships. This role requires a skilled Talent & Performance Specialist to serve as an operational hub for our global internal teams, remote contractors, and key vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for internal teams, departments, and select vendors regarding administrative, operational, and payment matters.
- Manage and oversee complex global multi-currency payroll cycles for internal staff and international contractors ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- Resolve internal operational issues by facilitating conflict resolution and addressing sensitive HR and finance inquiries, fostering a cooperative and engaged remote work environment.
- Review, verify, and reconcile invoices, timesheets, and expenses monthly, coordinating between Finance and Operations to maintain financial alignment.
- Track performance metrics and employee engagement across departments to guide leadership decisions on retention and development.
- Coordinate daily with external payroll vendors, compliance partners, and service providers to maintain smooth operational and financial data exchanges.
- Maintain secure, centralized records of employment agreements, contracts, and compliance documents using SharePoint and ERP systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements within ERPs and CRMs to enhance communication, payroll workflows, team satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR operations, global payroll management, employee relations, or vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of remote workforce dynamics and experience managing cross-department collaboration in global service environments.
- Exceptional financial acumen with precise management of complex payroll across multiple regions.
- Excellent diplomacy and conflict resolution abilities paired with empathy in handling confidential internal matters.
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise ERP/CRM platforms supporting payroll, compliance, and workforce data management.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with executive leadership, operational teams, and vendors.
- Ability to independently manage work and maintain strict confidentiality in a remote setting.
