About the Role

Join Optical Express as a Patient Advisor at our Chelmsford location, working full time for 40 hours per week. This position offers a salary of £27,000 per year, with additional bonus opportunities and benefits. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and nurture strong relationships with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Conduct diagnostic eye scans following full training to support clinical processes.
• Effectively communicate patient details to optometrists to streamline the patient journey.
• Maintain accurate and current patient records.
• Offer and coordinate affordable financing solutions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Arrange and schedule consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons.
