Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Parts Interpreter/Salesperson to join our dynamic Albion team. This role demands a passion for excellent customer service within a busy, hands-on retail setting. Candidates with prior experience in automotive parts or those eager to learn and grow in the field will thrive, supported by comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales via phone and online channels.
- Deliver exemplary customer service in the store.
- Manage stock activities including ordering, receiving, and processing incoming inventory.
- Pick and fulfill purchase orders accurately.
- Maintain showroom presentation, including merchandising and pricing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedicated focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Interest or background in automotive parts is preferred.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Proficient telephone etiquette.
- Capability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to simplify technical problems into understandable solutions.
- Experience with European vehicles is advantageous.
