Overview
The Parts Advisor role focuses on helping customers identify and obtain the correct vehicle parts while maintaining dependable stock levels for both customer requirements and workshop operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supply parts for vehicles tied to repair orders as well as retail customer requests.
- Create stock orders based on movement and usage patterns of parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
- Source and order parts for workshop operations and retail customers.
- Post parts charges to repair orders and perform monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Carry out 5S practices in the work area.
- Support customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service.
- Follow company systems and procedures to improve processes and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a diploma or a graduate-level qualification. The role requires strong professional and personal competence, along with effective communication in English, Arabic, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. Applicants must have 5 to 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
