Job Purpose
Drive and support the implementation of Gathern's partnership and sponsorship strategy by managing projects, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering initiatives that produce demonstrable business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders and coordinate projects involving multiple departments.
- Design and implement partnership programs aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
- Handle negotiation processes and assist with contract fulfillment.
- Manage plans for partnership activations and their execution.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with partners and internal key personnel.
- Integrate partnership efforts with marketing activities and organizational priorities.
- Assess partnership outcomes, compiling performance and impact reports.
- Oversee partnership budgets and evaluate return on investment.
- Ensure adherence to governance policies, legal commitments, and brand guidelines.

- Proven background in executing partnership activations and maintaining partner relationships.
- Preferably skilled in tracking performance metrics and preparing detailed reports.
