Role Summary

The Merrion Hotel is looking to hire a friendly, professional, and detail-focused Spa Attendant to join the team on a part-time basis. This role involves delivering excellent customer service to guests visiting the spa, ensuring the facility remains clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. You will assist spa staff by setting up treatment rooms, managing laundry, and restocking inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests warmly with a 5-star level of hospitality.
• Provide guided tours of the spa facilities.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures for appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the spa, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and communal zones.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies promptly, focusing on spa linens.
• Prepare treatment rooms and provide support to spa personnel as needed.
• Maintain a consistently professional and friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols meticulously.
• Uphold a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or cleaning roles, ideally within spa or hospitality settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Physical capability to stand for extended durations and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability to work roughly 24 hours weekly on a shift basis.
