Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/FICO trainer to deliver part-time instructor-led sessions in Doha, Qatar. The role involves conducting training for corporate and public groups, designing customized course materials, and providing practical demonstrations based on real business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Materials Management and Financial Accounting training sessions for various audiences.
- Create and tailor educational content including presentations, exercises, and case studies to meet learner needs.
- Implement hands-on demonstrations simulating actual business situations.
- Evaluate learner progress with assignments and practical assessments.
- Offer mentorship and support throughout the training process.
- Keep abreast of new features and best practices related to SAP S/4HANA.
- Contribute to curriculum improvements based on feedback from clients and participants.
Required Skills and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum five years of practical SAP consulting or implementation experience within MM and/or FICO modules.
- Previous experience in delivering professional or corporate SAP training programs.
- Thorough understanding of SAP Materials Management, Financial Accounting, Controlling, and preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, product costing, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with the full SAP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and supporting end-users.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, including the skill to clarify complex SAP concepts for diverse learner groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate in MM and/or FICO modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation initiatives.
- Background in delivering SAP training across multiple industries in corporate settings.
- Hands-on exposure to the integration of business processes between SAP MM and FICO modules.
The ideal candidate will blend hands-on SAP implementation knowledge with superior training facilitation abilities to help participants grasp both functional processes and practical applications of SAP MM and FICO in business contexts.
