Part-Time Graphic Designer

About the Role

Carolina Core FC is actively seeking a skilled Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative department, contributing to the creation of compelling visual materials across digital platforms, print, social media channels, and in-stadium matchday promotions. Situated primarily in High Point, NC, this hybrid role allows for some remote work but emphasizes regular office collaboration and attending events on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual content for social media, online advertising, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Design promotional collateral such as posters, flyers, signage, presentations, and sales materials.
• Support matchday creative efforts including videoboard graphics, stadium signage, and promotional items.
• Create sponsorship department presentations, including mockups of sponsorship opportunities and asset proposals.
• Prepare print- and vendor-ready production files efficiently.
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects and maintain organized creative assets and templates.
• Manage simultaneous projects, meeting deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with the lead Graphic Designer, marketing team members, and other departments to fulfill creative requests.

Qualifications

• Between one and three years of graphic design experience, whether freelance or employed.
• A strong portfolio evidencing skill in typography, layout, branding, and creativity.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing presentation templates using PowerPoint or Canva.
• Exceptional eye for detail and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working independently and effectively collaborating within a creative team.
• Background in sports, entertainment, or live event design is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment
