Role Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Graphic Designer to assist the Totally Workwear Franchise Office (TFO) team, contributing 1 to 2 days weekly on various print and digital design projects. Working closely with Marketing and Digital teams, you will help maintain the brand’s cohesive visual identity across marketing campaigns, local store promotions, supplier content, and digital platforms. This role suits a creative, detail-oriented self-starter comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format content for social media, including trimming supplier ads and creating organic and paid posts aligned with the TW brand.
- Develop website visuals such as homepage banners, collection banners, mega menu images, product tiles, branded landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Support store page content creation and edit product images for ecommerce use.
- Create eDM designs for campaigns and subscriber communications.
- Produce digital assets for local store openings, events, print materials including large-format banners, A4 POS, flyers, and press advertisements.
- Design bespoke campaign and supplier content, such as collection banners and promotional graphics, adapting supplier materials.
- Generate advertisements for Local Area Marketing (LAM) and national campaigns.
- Support the brand’s visual identity by selecting or creating web icons and ensuring consistency across all creative materials.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in design or a creative role; internships or freelance work considered.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledgeable about digital formats (social media, websites, eDMs) and fundamentals of print layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Receptive to feedback with a learning and growth mindset aligned with the TW brand culture.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and managing multiple design versions across formats.
