Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture robust connections with prospective and current parents.
- Gain an understanding of parental needs and offer suitable solutions accordingly.
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Serve as the main contact point for all admission-related inquiries.
- Manage leads from digital campaigns, referrals, events, and walk-ins effectively.
- Perform outbound and inbound communication with potential parents.
- Arrange school tours and admission counseling sessions.
- Consistently follow up with leads to enhance admission rates.
- Guide parents smoothly through the admission procedures.
- Support branch-level admission targets and enrollment objectives.
- Engage actively in marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Spot opportunities to boost admission performance.
- Address and resolve parents’ queries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain high satisfaction levels among parents.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for coordination.
- Keep CRM data updated, track leads, admissions pipelines, and generate relevant reports.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Academic, and Branch teams to support admissions growth and improve customer experience.
