About the Role

Compensation and Benefits

• The hourly wage is €17.92 according to the tariff, inclusive of 50% Christmas bonus.
• An additional 50% Christmas bonus is paid in November.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and packages using company-provided equipment.
• Work five days a week (Monday to Saturday).
• Handle items averaging under 10 kg, with a maximum of 31.5 kg per delivery.
• Use company vehicles for transportation, including fully electric models.

Requirements

• A valid car driving license is mandatory as you will drive company vehicles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in German.
• Physical resilience and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic with a proactive attitude.
