About the Role

We are in search of a proactive, detail-focused professional to enhance the operational effectiveness of our legal team. This position involves comprehensive paralegal duties combined with governance and administrative oversight to standardize, comply with, and scale our legal workflows. As a key team member, you will handle tasks ranging from detailed document preparation and timely statutory filings to budget administration and IP support, all within a dynamic international framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and submit legal documents ensuring all materials adhere to a consistent "house style."
- Manage corporate governance activities regionally, such as renewing trade licenses, preparing general assembly records, and updating statutory registers.
- Coordinate the complete attestation and notarization workflow for corporate documents and manage required government submissions.
- Develop and oversee digital file archives and monitoring systems to guarantee precise and accessible records.
- Establish and enforce internal standard operating procedures and playbooks to streamline legal processes and task prioritization.
- Manage external legal services procurement by auditing invoices and monitoring departmental budgets.
- Handle intellectual property complaints by collating relevant data, maintaining comprehensive logs, and facilitating takedown procedures.
- Plan and conduct legal training sessions, group events, and workshops, while acting as the main liaison for external collaborators.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a senior paralegal or executive legal administrative capacity, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or retail industries.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) to effectively manage regional documentation requirements.
- Superior skills in document formatting with strong attention to aesthetic and consistency standards.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace, including the ability to create automated tracking dashboards.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal procurement and budgeting processes.
- A proactive and professional attitude with the ability to discreetly handle sensitive information and proactively identify workflow improvements.
- High technological competence, including experience with AI tools.
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex legal workflows and communicate effectively with government authorities and company teams.
