Role Overview
We are seeking a Packing Supervisor for a pharmaceutical formulation plant responsible for overseeing packing processes, ensuring compliance, and managing production and team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise packing and production activities within the pharma formulation environment.
- Enforce stringent documentation practices aligned with cGMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance throughout packing stages.
- Manage teams effectively to meet operational targets.
- Ensure proper handling and management of equipment and materials used in packing.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the packing area.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
- Possess a B.Sc in any specialization, B.Pharma, or B.Com degree.
Skills and Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of packing materials and finished goods handling.
- Experience with production management and packing operations in pharmaceutical settings.
- Strong knowledge of SOP preparation and adherence to cGMP guidelines.
- Proficiency in equipment and material management.
- Committed to maintaining safety compliance and quality assurance.
