Role Overview
Detmold Packaging is hiring full-time packers to join its Flat & Satchel production team in a factory setting. The role focuses on carrying out daily tasks accurately, safely, and efficiently while helping prepare and pack products for dispatch.

Key Duties
The position includes four full-time packer openings, covering afternoon and night shifts.
Work Responsibilities
- Pack and dispatch products while meeting productivity goals and keeping stock ready to satisfy sales needs.
- Look for practical improvements that reduce downtime and make work processes more efficient.
- Work toward waste targets and identify better ways to minimise material loss.
- Ensure products are made to the required specifications and follow quality procedures and system controls.
- Show commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards by following company policies, procedures, and relevant Australian workplace legislation.
- Take part in training when needed to improve performance and assist in training others to the required level of competence.

Shift Details
