Role Overview
This role focuses on steering strategic initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency, culture, and capabilities within Avaloq. By collaborating with senior leadership, business partners, and HR colleagues, the Organizational Development & Change Specialist will champion change, support growth endeavors, and embed innovative practices across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leaders and business heads to assess organizational issues and design solutions aligned with the strategic people plan.
- Lead transformation efforts involving operating model restructures, enhancement of team performance, and cultural evolution with a people-centered focus.
- Drive the establishment and growth of a values-based organizational culture via engagement initiatives, employee feedback mechanisms, and inclusivity practices.
- Assist in organizational structuring and workforce planning to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational agility.
- Leverage people analytics and qualitative data to guide interventions, evaluate outcomes, and foster continuous advancement.
- Enhance organizational development capabilities within HR and coach leadership on systems thinking and adaptive leadership methods.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, or human resources within dynamic, complex settings.
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational systems, culture dynamics, and behavioral science principles.
- Proven track record in managing projects and leading initiatives effectively.
- Strong customer orientation with experience engaging senior management through C-suite.
- Confidence in handling ambiguity and influencing decisions at high organizational levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and turning insights into actionable strategies.
- A disposition that is inquisitive, cooperative, and dedicated to lifelong learning.
