Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to work with our team in Hyderabad. The role calls for a professional who can handle both the business and technical sides of Oracle HRMS, with practical involvement in implementation, support, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to Oracle HRMS work across functional and technical areas.
Support implementation activities, ongoing support, and enhancement requests.
Work with core HR, payroll, self-service HR, and benefits modules.
Participate in end-to-end HRMS implementation efforts where required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage discussions effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in an Oracle HRMS techno-functional capacity.
Practical exposure to Core HR, Payroll, SSHR (Self-Service HR), and Benefits.
Background in implementation and support assignments.
Strong analytical ability and clear communication skills.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
Good stakeholder handling skills.
