Job description
Position Overview
Nexttec Technology Outsourcing, a prominent IT outsourcing firm delivering innovative solutions to diverse businesses, is seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist for a full-time role based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on leading and architecting both technical and functional Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, spearheading pre-sales initiatives, and implementing advanced HR digital transformation strategies customized to client needs.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Provide deep expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global Human Resources (Core HR), Payroll, Talent Management & Recruiting (ORC), Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits.
- Execute integrations utilizing Oracle tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), and PBL.
- Develop and manage reports with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
- Maintain strong proficiency in cloud security principles involving security architecture, custom role structuring, data privacy, and compliance adherence.
Experience Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in ERP or HRIS enterprise applications.
- Accumulate at least 2 years dedicated to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects with a proven track record of end-to-end delivery.
Soft Skills
- Exhibit excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities relevant to HR operations.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
