Key Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle Fusion SaaS environments by coordinating provisioning activities with Oracle and overseeing development, testing, UAT, and production instances.
- Conduct environment cloning, refresh activities, and maintain environment maintenance cycles.
- Administer user accounts through Oracle IAM/IDCS, configure roles and access controls, and facilitate single sign-on integration.
- Configure application modules using Functional Setup Manager (FSM), support related setup activities, and manage sandboxes.
- Handle data operations employing FBDI and HDL data loading tools, including diagnosing and resolving data issues.
- Monitor ESS jobs, address operational incidents, and liaise with Oracle support by raising Service Requests as necessary.
- Support quarterly release management by coordinating testing cycles and ensuring smooth system updates.
- Assist in integration configuration, monitor file transfers, and oversee API operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and uphold compliance governance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion SaaS environment administration.
- Experience with Functional Setup Manager and Security Console.
- Knowledge of data loading techniques including FBDI and HDL.
- Basic understanding of APIs.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Awareness of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals.
