Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud Lead Consultant with 12 to 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The candidate must have successfully led 2 to 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementations and possess domain knowledge relevant to sectors such as EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial Manufacturing, or Infrastructure. Previous engagements with clients based in the GCC region are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud projects covering all phases from requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Deploy and manage modules related to Asset Management, Maintenance Work Orders, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Resource Management, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Cost Monitoring, and Reporting Analytics.
• Establish maintenance organizations, define asset hierarchies and maintenance programs, manage work orders, and oversee asset lifecycle management aligned with industry best practices.
• Integrate maintenance workflows seamlessly with engineering, procurement, operations, project execution, and asset lifecycle management for asset-heavy industries such as EPC.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud and related Oracle Cloud modules including Inventory, Procurement, SCM, Project Management (PPM), and Financials.
• Create detailed Functional Design Documents and test plans; provide architectural guidance; mentor junior team members and coordinate with offshore resources.
• Act as a liaison engaging business stakeholders, client leadership, and asset management teams; conduct workshops and executive presentations; support pre-sales activities and proposal preparations.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 12 to 15 years of extensive Oracle ERP and EAM experience.
• Proven track record as Lead Consultant on 2 to 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud projects.
• Strong command of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud functionalities and Enterprise Asset Management concepts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Cost Management, and Inventory/Spare Parts Control.
• Domain expertise in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Petrochemical, Mining & Metals, Industrial Manufacturing, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Hands-on experience working with clients across GCC countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud.
• Certification in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
