About the Role
This position is part of PwC's Oracle Services Practice where you will support organizations in leveraging enterprise technology to meet digital transformation objectives and enhance business value. The role focuses on using Oracle solutions to address challenges in finance operations, human capital management, supply chain, reporting, analytics, and compliance.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our finance team. The consultant must have implemented at least two Oracle Fusion ERP finance projects within the Indian market, demonstrating a strong understanding of India-specific localization features.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Ensure financial systems and processes comply with industry best practices and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other enterprise applications.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members working within Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Perform regular audits and risk assessments to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence tools.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants during system upgrades and enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record of at least two Oracle Fusion ERP finance implementations within India.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian localization requirements for Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Educational qualification of B.Tech degree or equivalent.
