Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, encompassing configuration, technical troubleshooting, and functional consulting across Fusion HCM modules.

Core Responsibilities

• Configure modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Self Service, Performance Management, Learning, and Recruitment within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Define and administer security roles, workflow processes, and approval hierarchies to ensure smooth system operations.
• Manage data migration and conversion activities efficiently using tools like HCM Data Loader and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement optimizations to enhance system performance.
• Lead system testing efforts including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all defects are resolved timely.
• Develop and work with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data integration and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience in key Fusion HCM modules.
• Deep understanding of global and local HR compliance requirements, payroll regulations, and security protocols.
• Proficiency with HCM Extracts and integration mapping methodologies.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and reporting frameworks within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven track record of multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
• Excellent communication capabilities, including documentation and conducting workshops.
