Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Performance Test Engineers proficient in JMeter to join our expanding team working on prominent enterprise projects. The role is based in Chennai (Tambaram, MEPZ) and requires a hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Possess 5 to 8+ years of substantial experience with JMeter for performance and non-functional testing.
• Demonstrate hands-on involvement in performance/NFT testing within the Non-Life/General Insurance domain, particularly with Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Apply Agile methodology effectively and utilize Jira for project management and tracking.
• Have familiarity with cloud computing concepts and virtualization technologies.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and manage stakeholder relationships efficiently.
• Engage actively in client-facing interactions, coordinating closely with both business and development teams.

Preference will be given to immediate joiners or those currently serving their notice period. Candidates must confirm their willingness to work onsite at the Chennai MEPZ location under the hybrid schedule and their comfort with client engagement responsibilities.
