Operations Support Officer (Logistics & Cleanliness)

Role overview

This position supports day-to-day school operations by handling cleanliness, logistics, and basic equipment tasks. The role is centered on keeping the environment orderly, assisting with event setup, and responding to general operational needs as directed.

Key duties

• Maintain the cleanliness of classrooms, school equipment, and related areas to support a tidy learning environment.
• Assist with logistical preparation for school events and activities, including moving, lifting, placing, and organizing furniture and equipment manually.
• Use and look after basic office devices and school materials in a safe and responsible manner.
• Take on any additional operational or logistical assignments given by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Primary school education must be completed.
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning and logistics-related work is required.
• Experience in MOE institutions or schools is strongly preferred.
• The person should be dependable, physically capable of handling furniture arrangement, and able to work well as part of a team.
