Role Overview
We seek a diligent and proactive Operations Executive or Commercial Operations Executive to serve as the pivotal communication hub linking Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams. This role ensures smooth processing and fulfillment of orders from receipt through to delivery by facilitating collaboration, resolving departmental hurdles, and maintaining alignment on timelines and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact coordinating between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to manage orders from intake through to final delivery.
- Continuously monitor the progress of orders at each stage and inform stakeholders promptly of any updates, delays, or challenges.
- Translate sales order requirements accurately for Production and Supply Chain teams.
- Confirm and synchronize manufacturing schedules and production capacity with sales expectations.
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure raw materials and components are available on time to meet production demands.
- Identify and assist in resolving shortages or delays impacting production and delivery.
- Coordinate logistics efforts to facilitate timely shipment and distribution of finished products.
- Monitor shipments actively and address any delivery complications promptly.
- Detect workflow bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Maintain detailed trackers capturing order status across departments.
- Escalate urgent issues to higher management quickly.
- Generate regular reports on order fulfillment status and any delays.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize interdepartmental coordination and processes.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least one year of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or coordination roles are also welcomed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective liaison with multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP software is advantageous.
- A problem-solving attitude coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
