Job Location

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive operations, logistics, and sales support activities from start to finish.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, reschedule, and manage resources to ensure efficient operational flow.
- Process orders by entering data into the system and issuing purchase orders.
- Manage buffers and reschedule plans as necessary.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers and customers.
- Handle logistics including inspecting inbound and outbound shipments and preparing monthly reports.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Report directly to the headquarters in Singapore.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in shipping or scheduling is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
