Role overview
This position is a broad, hands-on operations role for someone at an early stage in their career. You will support the wider team across multiple parts of the business, with priorities changing from week to week and month to month depending on what the agency needs most. The scope can include partnerships, talent, social, and production work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily coordination and general administrative support across the team.
- Keep schedules, projects, and deadlines organized and moving forward.
- Assist on set during shoots and other production work.
- Help with meetings and communication involving clients and talent.
- Step in on any other tasks required to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Candidate profile
