About the role

This remote contract position is for an Operations Associate focused on tracking, organizing, and validating incoming files for an internal workflow. The company connects high-caliber creative and technical professionals with top AI research labs and is backed by notable investors including Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.

What you'll do

Keep an eye on an internal system throughout the day for newly uploaded attachments.
Save and sort files into the correct folders in a shared Dropbox workspace.
Check that transferred files are placed properly and can be accessed by the right people.
Preserve clear folder structure and consistent file naming.
Raise flags for missing documents, upload failures, or other workflow exceptions.
Work strictly from documented procedures and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy.

What we're looking for

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
Comfort with cloud storage tools like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
Ability to handle repetitive operational work carefully and reliably.
A dependable internet connection and the ability to cover extended daily shifts.
Strong written communication skills.
Previous experience in operations, administration, data handling, or back-office support is preferred.

Compensation and work setup

This is a remote contract role paying $28 per hour. The expected time commitment is 8 to 10 hours each day.

Start date

The role is available for an immediate start.
