Role Overview
The Operations Administrator will collaborate closely with field staff to manage scheduling, travel logistics, and training sessions. This role presents the opportunity to improve and implement processes positively impacting field operations. The administrator also acts as a liaison for Field Technicians, communicating their needs to other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the operations database ensuring data accuracy; proactively enhance data quality, monitor updates, and audit information regularly.
- Coordinate daily fleet management operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, available, and properly assigned.
- Organize logistics for field new hire orientation, entry-level training, and ongoing improvement programs.
- Manage scheduling for field technicians’ workdays and days off.
- Arrange travel plans for field staff efficiently.
- Generate and share monthly operational reports and prepare additional reports as needed.
- Review, approve, and process invoices and expenses related to field operations.
- Assist with planning annual meetings for field technicians.
- Support Supply Chain activities as required.
- Coordinate and schedule office meetings and company events.
- The role includes less than 10% travel, approximately 4 weeks annually, with some travel to Canada.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience in administrative or support roles.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to identify workflow challenges and collaborate on solutions.
- Proven capacity to develop positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working independently within a team-oriented environment.
- Effective prioritization and management of conflicting demands.
- Willingness to challenge processes constructively while also being open to compromise.
Work Environment and Benefits
- Hybrid work setup requiring roughly 24 hours per week onsite at Pason’s Houston office.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $45000 to $50000, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
