About Cornerstone Caregiving

As the company continues its nationwide expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Operating Director to lead and grow our Omaha, NE branch, supported by robust corporate training and a network of fellow Operating Directors.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and independently manage the Omaha branch, receiving comprehensive corporate training and ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to position Cornerstone as the leading in-home care provider in the region.
  • Establish and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, and others.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling to ensure all shifts are fully covered; manage on-call duties and communications among clients, caregivers, and partners.
