- Address customer issues and complaints thoughtfully, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM and support systems.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients and clients to confirm complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards according to HIPAA regulations.
