The professional will focus on identifying suitable projects on online freelance and bidding platforms, crafting persuasive proposals, and collaborating closely with technical and design teams to ensure thorough understanding of project specifics and organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and bid on relevant projects via various online platforms.
- Create detailed, attractive proposals aligned with client demands and company services.
- Consult internally with development and design teams to gather insights on project feasibility and requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong aptitude for online bidding and proficient proposal writing suited for market sites like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Ability to clearly explain IT product and service offerings such as web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, CRM/ERP platforms, and digital marketing.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English enabling effective communication and negotiation with clients.
- Skilled in conducting research and analysis to select appropriate projects, evaluate scope, timing, and pricing.
- Experience in IT business development or sales is advantageous, especially within international client projects.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or related disciplines, or equivalent hands-on experience.
