About the company
Luxury Presence develops an AI-driven growth platform for real estate businesses. Supported by Bessemer Venture Partners and other leading investors, the company is a Series C business that has reached $100M in annual recurring revenue. Its platform is used by more than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States.
Role overview
Luxury Presence is hiring an Onboarding Specialist for its Client Success team. This position is best suited to someone who enjoys helping customers win, stays highly organized, and can balance several priorities at the same time. In this role, you will help shape and launch premium websites for elite real estate professionals, acting as the client’s main contact during the first 2-4 weeks and serving both as a relationship owner and a project coordinator.
What you will do
You will manage multiple client projects from kickoff through website launch, keep timelines on track, and work closely with internal teams to turn client goals into completed deliverables. The role combines customer communication, project management, quality control, and launch coordination.
- Handle a portfolio of up to 60 active clients at one time from kickoff to launch.
- Lead 3-4 Zoom meetings each day, typically lasting 45-60 minutes, to collect requirements, align expectations, and advance each project.
- Convert client ideas and business goals into clear tasks for internal teams while protecting quality and accuracy.
- Track deadlines closely and step in early to remove blockers or delays before they affect the client experience.
- Maintain strong CSAT results and work toward 3-5 Google Reviews each quarter.
- Support a monthly goal of 15 website launches.
- Coordinate with the Product Fulfillment team to set up and connect IDX feeds.
- Record client communication and tasks in Salesforce.
- Contribute to better processes, new product launches, and team training or mentorship efforts.
What makes you a strong fit
The ideal candidate understands design quality, can explain ideas clearly, and brings strong organizational habits to a busy, fast-moving environment. You should remain calm under pressure, learn new tools quickly, and communicate technical ideas to non-technical clients with patience and clarity. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is also important.
Experience and background
This role calls for 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency work, or creative/client operations. Experience managing client calls, meetings, and projects in a fast-paced setting is expected. Comfort with platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus, and interest in luxury real estate is preferred.
