Role Overview
The On-site Supervisor will manage the daily activities on renovation sites, collaborating closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations. This hands-on supervisory role requires strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractors efficiently.
- Assist Project Managers in the planning and execution of work schedules.
- Develop and manage daily and weekly timelines and task lists for projects.
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered promptly to prevent delays.
- Implement and enforce strict site safety procedures and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and daily reporting.
- Compile and deliver weekly progress reports to clients.
- Participate actively in site meetings and provide prompt updates on project progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Established experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within Dubai’s renovation or construction sector.
- Knowledge of NOC processes within Dubai.
- Possession of a valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
- Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, schedules, and plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
- Self-driven, attentive to details, and able to work autonomously.
