About the Company
A freight forwarding company based in Dubai specializing in global logistics with a focus on handling high-value, fragile, and time-sensitive cargo worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office functions across two locations, including overseeing facilities management and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office premises and coordinate timely repairs and regular upkeep activities.
- Deliver administrative support to office personnel and teams.
- Handle incoming communications such as calls, emails, visitor inquiries, and general correspondence efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Possess a bachelor's degree preferred, with at least three years of experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or in a related administrative capacity.
- Hold a valid UAE driving license and be able to commute between Motor City and Dubai World Central offices.
- Demonstrate strong skills in communication, organization, and interpersonal relations along with a professional, service-minded attitude.
