Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Office Executive position in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping office operations running smoothly through administrative support, documentation handling, meeting coordination, record maintenance, and internal process support. The role also includes responding to customer and internal team queries, managing calls and emails, and assisting with routine service-related coordination.
Key Duties
- Support daily office administration and ensure routine tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documents and records with accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings and help keep schedules and follow-ups on track.
- Handle incoming calls and emails and route them to the right teams or people.
- Assist customers and internal stakeholders by resolving basic queries and providing service support.
- Perform basic accounting support tasks such as data entry, invoice tracking, and expense documentation.
- Work in line with internal compliance rules, reporting practices, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with customer service orientation.
- Administrative support and office coordination capabilities.
- Basic accounting knowledge for record maintenance, billing support, and expense tracking.
- Comfort using MS Office applications and general computer systems.
- Good organizational habits, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or office administration will be considered an added advantage.
