Office Boy / Peon

Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Boy / Peon to maintain cleanliness and support daily operational needs at Cosmoplast Hair, Laser, Skin & Cosmetic Surgery Centre located in Pune, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting desks and equipment, emptying trash bins, and cleaning glass doors to ensure a spotless office environment.
• Maintain restroom hygiene by sanitizing toilets and sinks every day, and replenishing essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissue.
• Attend to pantry duties which encompass washing dishes, cleaning kitchen counters and appliances, and serving tea or coffee to staff and visitors.
• Prepare meeting rooms by clearing and organizing conference areas before and after scheduled meetings.

Requirements and Skills

• Possess basic literacy and effective communication abilities.
• Demonstrate good physical endurance and maintain personal cleanliness.
• Exhibit punctuality and ensure responsible handling of cleaning materials and supplies.
