Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with various internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Dispatch to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records including invoices and documentation.
- Track inventory movements including incoming and outgoing stock.
- Assist with order processing and monitor status updates.
- Support communication with customers and manage follow-ups.
- Organize office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Manage filing systems both digital and physical for proper data management.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask.
- Proficient with basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Word, and email management.
