This entry-level Compliance Operations Associate role involves managing documentation, supporting audits, and collaborating with teams to uphold regulatory and internal standards while enhancing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily compliance-related operational tasks to support the Compliance team.
- Maintain and accurately update compliance records and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating internal audits, monitoring compliance workflows, and tracking reporting activities.
- Work closely with operational leaders to ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and regulations.
- Generate relevant compliance reports to aid leadership decision-making.
- Maintain the integrity of compliance data and support continuous improvement initiatives within the compliance operations.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, Compliance, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills combined with a customer-focused approach and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, and proactively engage in continuous improvement.
- Professionalism, integrity, and accountability are essential, along with good communication skills and initiative in learning compliance standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- This full-time role offers an hourly wage of 23.50.
- Paid time off accrued annually proportional to hours worked for all part-time and full-time employees.
