Role Overview
This position focuses on round-the-clock monitoring of production systems, platform availability, and application uptime in a 24x7 environment. The role plays a key part in maintaining service levels and ensuring incidents are responded to quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep a close watch on production infrastructure, platform status, and application uptime across always-on environments.
- Ensure service-level commitments are met by responding promptly to alerts and incidents.
- Identify issues as they occur, assess their impact, and route them to the appropriate teams without delay.
- Coordinate with engineering teams during incident handling and escalation.
Eligibility
Applicants must be any graduate.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 7,00,000 to INR 12,00,000.
