- Detect and flag any technical or quality concerns such as image artifacts, missing series, or mislabeling; coordinate necessary corrections with originating imaging sites.
- Assist radiologists by ensuring studies are thorough and suitably presented for interpretation.
- Maintain detailed logs documenting processed studies, QA outcomes, and any escalations.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), and image transfers; escalate issues when necessary.
- Consistently uphold patient data privacy and compliance with applicable standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Certified or trained imaging technologist with practical experience in X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound modalities; expertise in additional imaging techniques is advantageous.
- Between 3 to 7 years of experience working as an imaging or radiology technologist.
- Solid understanding of imaging protocols, patient positioning, and diagnostic-quality standards.
- Availability for night shifts five days per week, including mandatory weekend work; days off are grouped as either Thursday & Friday or Monday & Tuesday.
- Ability to attend initial in-person training conducted at Lower Parel, Mumbai during daytime hours before transitioning to remote night operations.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and capability to work independently overnight.
- Familiarity and comfort working with PACS, RIS platforms, and digital imaging workflows.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of PACS, RIS systems, and DICOM standards.
- Experience performing QA in high-volume imaging settings.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
