About the Role

TheLaunchPad is looking for a Vocal/Music Specialist who can help students grow beyond technical skill and develop confidence, creativity, and a sense of belonging. The role is centered on shaping well-rounded musicians in a lively learning space for students across age groups.

The team is especially interested in someone who is also an active musician—such as an artist who records original music or someone who plays an additional instrument.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading individual and small-group vocal sessions that are engaging and effective.
• Helping learners strengthen vocal technique, musical expression, and stage presence.
• Creating opportunities for students to explore creativity, artistry, and self-expression.
• Building a warm, encouraging environment where students feel supported to progress.

What the Team Is Looking For

• Solid command of vocal technique and performance fundamentals.
• A genuine interest in teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
• A mindset focused on developing musicians as complete artists, not only singers.
• A dependable, friendly personality and comfort working with people.
• Prior teaching experience is helpful, and skill in Guitar, Keys, or Bass is considered an added advantage.
