Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Motion Graphic Designer dedicated to crafting captivating animations, infographics, character animations, and visual effects suitable for commercials, TV, online, and film media. The designer will ensure all content produced aligns with brand identity and project goals to communicate effectively with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with creative directors, producers, and clients to grasp project needs and objectives.
• Design motion graphics concepts, storyboards, and animatics that are consistent with brand standards and project aims.
• Produce engaging animations, infographics, character animations, and effects utilizing software such as Rive, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate.
• Seamlessly merge motion graphics with live-action footage and other visuals to create coherent and compelling media.
• Optimize motion graphic content for multiple platforms, including broadcast, digital channels, and social media.
• Collaborate with the creative team including designers, animators, and editors to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Juggle multiple projects efficiently by prioritizing tasks to fulfill deadlines and client expectations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a solid portfolio covering a wide variety of motion graphics projects.
• Expertise with the Rive platform, including creating interactive animations and motion graphics, alongside strong animation skills such as keyframe animation and character rigging.
• Proficient with key animation software like Rive, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate.
• Experience with 3D animation applications like Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a considerable advantage.
• Strong foundation in design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and familiarity with interactive design and digital usability.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce smooth, fluid animations and strong visual storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate intricate concepts into engaging visuals.
• Capable of working collaboratively within fast-paced environments.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
