About the Role
This fully remote position, starting immediately, is with Pragmatike recruiting for a rapidly growing AI consumer technology firm. The company is seeking a Motion Designer focused on Paid Social and Creative Growth to develop compelling video advertising campaigns that engage millions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and animate video ads and user-generated content styled creatives optimized for paid social platforms.
- Generate innovative concepts, visual hooks, and narratives from concept to final output.
- Produce content tailored for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging ad channels.
- Experiment with diverse creative styles ranging from polished motion graphics to natural social content.
- Maintain an ongoing stream of creative assets and variations to facilitate rapid A/B testing.
- Collaborate closely with growth marketers, producers, and user acquisition teams to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Evaluate creative performance data to iterate and refine content based on engagement and conversion metrics.
- Preserve the brand's visual consistency while pushing new creative directions.
- Offer suggestions to optimize creative workflows, boost production quality, and increase campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience producing motion graphics and video content for digital marketing or paid social media campaigns.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design, especially in performance marketing creatives.
- Advanced skills in After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern creative production software.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, color theory, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing content optimized for social media environments and short-form video formats.
- Solid grasp of advertising essentials including persuasive hooks, emotional narratives, and impactful calls-to-action.
- Familiarity with integrating AI-assisted creative tools for image, video, audio, and production workflows.
- Capability to independently manage multiple creative projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication proficiency and fluent command of English.
Additional Advantageous Skills
- Background in creating high-impact paid acquisition creatives for consumer subscription products.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and the ability to analyze creative performance metrics.
- Skill in writing engaging advertising hooks or scripts for short-form videos.
- Interest and experience in AI technologies and their application in creative workflows.
- Experience building simple automation processes or optimizing creative production pipelines.
