Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Molding Operator to join our team at Aptiv's facility located in Arakkunnam, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala. This role entails hands-on responsibilities related to mold changeovers, preparation of plastic materials, and oversight of molding trials with a focus on quality and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mold changeover and prepare required plastic materials for production.
• Lead the first off tool (FOT) for new molds and conduct process qualification analyses to ensure standards are met.
• Manage and execute molding trials including correctional trials, troubleshooting, stress runs, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Plastic Molding Technology is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in plastic molding operations.
