Mobile Cleaner

About the Role

Pinnacle Group Limited seeks a Mobile Cleaner dedicated to upholding excellent cleanliness standards across multiple NHS locations including Southampton, Basingstoke, and Portsmouth. The role falls under our Soft Facilities Management team, focusing on delivering vital cleaning services to a variety of public sector entities such as healthcare centers, schools, universities, housing providers, and emergency services organizations. We emphasize maintaining sanitary, secure, and inviting spaces with a strong commitment to quality, community impact, and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Travel to different NHS facilities, including surgeries, clinics, health centers, offices, and other sites, to conduct cleaning activities.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste collection, window cleaning, and litter picking.
• Ensure communal internal areas such as lifts, stairwells, landings, and kitchens are kept clean.
• Drive the company van safely to and from various sites as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK Driving Licence held for at least one year, essential for this mobile role.
• Be flexible to work varying hours including potential overtime and late-night shifts, specifically from 4pm to 12am, Monday to Friday.
• Have prior experience with cleaning duties and familiarity with cleaning equipment.
• Be physically fit and capable of handling heavy cleaning machinery.
• Work independently and reliably to maintain high cleaning and safety standards.
