Key Responsibilities

Participate in the preparation and execution of audit plans and programs
Compile quarterly audit reports and submit them to the supervising officer
Examine payment documents, records, and bank accounts
Conduct investigations into internal control systems and prepare audit observations
Perform surprise financial audits
Implement the auditing guidelines of the National Audit Office
Collaborate with auditees to discuss audit progress and issues
Inspect government expenditures, development projects, deposits, agencies, special projects, and revenues
Draft letters, audit observations, and annual audit reports
Undertake additional assignments within the field as directed

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business or Arts with a focus on Accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with Information Technology
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance
Bachelor's degree in Public Sector Accounting and Finance

All qualifications must be from institutions recognized by the government.

Salary

The salary will comply with the SAIS Level E government pay scale and relevant regulations.
