Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation and digitalization initiatives in production and logistics environments.
• Optimize and standardize manufacturing and material flow procedures.
• Participate in lean management and continuous improvement projects.
• Introduce and advance MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), worker guidance, and data systems.
• Prepare technical documentation including requirements specifications, FMEA, and work instructions.
• Manage and coordinate projects involving internal teams and external partners.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical university degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, production technology, automation technology, logistics, or industrial engineering.
• Professional experience in industrial engineering, lean management, or process optimization.
• Experience with digitalization, automation, or operational excellence is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and independent approach to work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills alongside proficient English language abilities.
