About the Company

Job Location and Profile
Positions are available across three locations: Bikaner, Jaisalmer, and Barmer in Rajasthan. The role combines responsibilities of HR Executive and MIS Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive payroll operations from start to finish.
- Provide responses and clarifications to employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits, ensuring transparent and prompt communication.
- Assist with termination payment processing and associated documentation.
- Utilize MIS tools effectively, with strong skills in Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary ranges between 18,000 and 22,000 INR per month, complemented by Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Provident Fund (PF), and accommodation provisions.
