MIS Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent MIS Analyst to prepare and manage comprehensive Management Information System reports, primarily focusing on collections, recovery, and performance productivity within a BPO or BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports capturing operational performance.
• Monitor collection, recovery, achievement metrics, and overall productivity.
• Develop Agent-wise, Team Lead-wise, and Process-specific performance reports.
• Analyze Target versus Actual achievements, identifying performance shortfalls.
• Maintain bucket-wise collection MIS data.
• Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Month-to-Date (MTD), Week-to-Date (WTD), and monthly dashboards for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and currency of operational databases.
• Collaborate with Operations and Team Leads to validate and reconcile data.
• Deliver actionable performance insights and reports to management.
• Manage incentive calculations, productivity tracking, and miscellaneous MIS requests.
• Continuously improve and automate existing MIS and reporting workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of MIS experience, preferably within BPO Collections, Recovery, or BFSI sectors.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel features including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, Charts, and Dashboard creation.
• Strong familiarity with Collections and Recovery Key Performance Indicators.
• Excellent analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Capability to manage MIS reporting independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Preferences

• Experience with Personal Loan, LPL, Bucket X, Penal Recovery, Bad Debt management, or Telecalling Collections is a plus.

Compensation and Employment Details

• Monthly salary range: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
