About the Role
ProLegion is seeking a proactive and achievement-focused MICE Sales Executive with prior experience in the travel sector. The main responsibility is to drive business growth by managing domestic and international MICE operations, building strong corporate client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities in both Domestic and International MICE markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients and travel partners to expand business reach.
- Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, client meetings, proposal formulation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Assess client needs and design tailored MICE packages accordingly.
- Liaise with operations teams and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Prepare accurate quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Participate in networking events, trade exhibitions, and meetings to boost business development.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support after sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience specifically in MICE sales within the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Domestic and International MICE destinations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Proven ability to initiate new business and successfully manage key accounts.
- Good command of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience in corporate sales is advantageous.
- Strong networking abilities and capacity to build enduring relationships.
- Knowledge about international travel rules and visa requirements is a plus.
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
